• Invoices: All service invoices are due upon completion. All clients are required to have a secured credit card on file, and service is billed on the day of service.

• Satisfaction Guarantee: CuraTurf LLC offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee for 4 weeks after our service.

• Exclusions: We are not responsible for pre-existing or future conditions of your artificial turf system, including sub-base, drains, grading, edging, weeds, or the performance of the blades and matting. We are not liable for any animals or other inherent risks that may or may not be associated with your artificial turf system or our service, including any surrounding surfaces such as furniture, carpets, pots, or plants.

• Cancellation Policy: Customers may cancel the CuraTurf program at any time, but we require a commitment for one year and ask that you maintain the agreed-upon intervals for service.

13. Arbitration and Governing Law

All matters relating to the Website and these Terms are governed by Delaware law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

At our sole discretion, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, applying Delaware law.
